    Erin Richardson Joins O'Connor * Telezinski
     Firm Opens San Fernando Valley/Ventura County Office

     Riverside, CA - August 26, 2008
     O'Connor * Telezinski is
pleased to announce the addition of Erin R. Richardson, Esq. as a partner
     in the firm.  Ms. Richardson will be Managing Partner of the new San Fernando Valley/Ventura
     County office.  We are thrilled to have Ms. Richardson and her experience practicing before most of
     the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board offices.  Ms. Richardson’s broad experience
     will allow us to better serve our clients for cases throughout the state.

     O’Connor * Telezinski has earned a reputation for aggressive and comprehensive representation in
     the defense of workers' compensation claims, Labor Code section 132a violation claims, and other
